About Us

Founded in 1999, Xamin provides highly regulated and reputation-sensitive companies with the tools and expertise needed to streamline compliance procedures and drive down bottom-line costs.

Organizations face many risks, from remaining compliant amid ever-changing regulations to preparing for disasters, safeguarding against cyberattacks, and keeping their remote workforce productive & secure. With organizations facing heightened risks, companies need a compliance-focused managed IT services team on their side.

Xamin provides a full suite of technology solutions, including infrastructure, FFIEC Cybersecurity, cloud compliance, data protection, and bank security services. Unlike other service providers, Xamin is an SSAE 16 SOC2 certified company in the trust principles of availability, confidentiality, privacy, process integrity, and security, which requires an annual 3rd party audit.

Today’s technology is ever-changing, and cloud technologies are as equal an opportunity as they are a threat. The company differentiates itself by investing deeply in its white glove, advisory approach, and always provides versatility.

Xamin. Your Future.

We’ve gained the trust of organizations across the country by going above and beyond. We take the time to understand each unique challenge. Our process aligns your goals & people with the right technology, security, policies, and best practices.

Testimonials

When looking to make a change from our previous large service provider, we heard good things about Xamin. Upon doing our due diligence, an initial hurdle for Xamin was the size of their organization. After speaking to a few peer references and along with our own initial experience, Xamin easily clears the size hurdle with their attention to detail, service and delivery.

Patrick KaveneyEVP/CFO – First Eagle Bank

Xamin was critical in our successful transition to a more robust IT infrastructure and has provided us with a much stronger layer of network protection, all while maintaining the appropriate confidentiality and security of patient data. They fully analyzed our internal systems and made recommendations to increase our scalability and network support.

Dr. Jon GieserWheaton Eye Clinic

Last year we experienced several issues in our IT department. Our Chief Compliance Officer recommended we hire Xamin for our IT support functions. Thanks to Xamin, our bank in New York can now focus on our main money-making business – banking, while we trust and rely on Xamin for everything IT related.
