In our experience, there is no substitute for integrity. We’ve gained the trust of organizations across the country by going above and beyond–by taking the time to understand each unique challenge and then implementing customized solutions that not only meet expectations but exceed them. A consultative, “white glove” approach is at the fabric of our existence. Upon engagement, we apply The Xamin Proven Process and begin to align strategic goals of the business with ideal technology, services, and best practices.
Founded in 1999, Xamin provides highly regulated and reputation-sensitive companies with the tools and expertise needed to streamline compliance procedures and drive down bottom-line costs. The company partners with the organization’s IT department to develop and expand business goals and technology roadmap.
Today’s organizations are faced with many inherent risks, from remaining compliant in the midst of ever-changing regulations, to preparing for disasters, safeguarding against cyber attacks and hackers and remaining compliant in the process of moving to the cloud. With organizations facing heightened risks, companies need a compliance-focused managed IT services team on their side.
Xamin is the ideal partner, delivering industry-leading managed information technology (IT) services to financial institutions, law firms, accounting companies and other regulated or reputation sensitive organizations. The company provides a full suite of technology solutions including infrastructure, security, cloud, data protection and professional services.
Unlike other managed service providers, Xamin is compliance-focused and is a SSAE 16 SOC 2 certified company in the trust principles of availability, confidentiality, privacy, process integrity and security, which requires an annual 3rd party audit.
Today’s technology is ever-changing, and cloud technologies are as equal an opportunity as they are a threat. Xamin’s vendor management strategies and safeguards ensure technology partners remain in compliance with overall strategy. The company differentiates itself by investing deeply in its advisory approach over the traditional “set-it-and-forget-it” model and always provide optionality to our relationships.
Xamin also specializes in transforming IT to a revenue-driving capability for organizations rather than a cost and compliance challenge. Its consultative, “white glove” approach ensures its services meet the needs of customers and auditors.
To demonstrate this approach, Xamin applies The Xamin Proven Process and begins to align strategic goals of the business with ideal technology, services, and best practices.
Xamin believes there is no substitute for integrity. The company is dedicated to being an organization that is constantly evolving, and has gained the trust of organizations across the country by going above and beyond – by taking the time to understand each unique challenge and then implementing customized solutions that not only meet expectations but exceed them.

When looking to make a change from our previous large service provider, we heard good things about Xamin. Upon doing our due diligence, an initial hurdle for Xamin was the size of their organization. After speaking to a few peer references and along with our own initial experience, Xamin easily clears the size hurdle with their attention to detail, service and delivery.Patrick KaveneyEVP/CFO – First Eagle Bank
