Jonathan Smith, founder and former CEO of Xamin, has been succeeded by Jeff Brandt effective December 11, 2023. This transition reflects the company's commitment to driving innovation, expanding service offerings, and further solidifying its position as a key player in the IT Services and Consulting industry.

In support of increasing client value through innovation, Xamin has engaged Suraj Prakash as the company’s Chief Technology Officer. Suraj will maintain oversight of the company’s core products while also developing and delivering technologies to help Xamin’s clients extract the most value from their technology investment.
Jeff Brandt, with a proven track record in executive leadership, is well-equipped to lead Xamin into its next phase of development. He brings over thirty years of experience, most recently as the President of William Frick & Company, having successfully spearheaded growth strategies, operational enhancements, and client satisfaction initiatives in his previous roles.
