In order to prepare your organization and limit risk and exposure, we recommend performing a Comprehensive Risk Review. Sitting squarely between the Rapid Assessment and Strategic IT Advisory services, the Comprehensive Risk Review is a consultative engagement that aligns the strategic goals of the business with ideal technology, services, policies and best practice deployments. This engagement provides the same unbiased review of your technology environment, but at a much more in-depth level which also includes critical risk scoring.

The Process

After an initial kickoff meeting, our team will travel onsite for what is typically two days. During the onsite we’ll meet with key stakeholders to discuss the company’s vision and goals. The remaining time will be spent with the technical team to complete an in-depth IT risk assessment and run data collection and security analysis scans. During the following 1-2 weeks, we’ll be analyzing data and generating the final report.
